Heidi provided a clean and very welcoming space. I had never tried Cryo before and had picked the facial with Heidi after she was recommended by a friend. After doing some of my own research I still had some questions. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer every question with science led benefits. Leaving her space I felt welcomed and I am already seeing those benefits a few days later.
