Incredible staff ! Never waited long. Using portal for communications is great, 24 hr response form medical staff to all questions n concerns. Dr. Patton is personable, listens, focuses on the whole person: EXCELLENT

Dr. Patton and the other physicians on staff are great but the office staff can be very rude and slow in response. I have been calling regarding medical records for weeks now and they have yet to return phone calls or provide the records. Dr. Janes Patton has always requested to be made aware of any issues regarding the office staff. In order for me to be seen where I live, I have to get the records but they have blocked me every way possible and have refused to contact me about getting the records. I believe this is against the law!

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Patton! I went to 3 other neurologists before him and they were awful and didn't listen to me about my symptoms and didn't seem to care! I have been a patient of his for over 5 years and I wouldn't trade him for anything. He really listens to me and worked with me until he found the problem and the right medication to treat me. I now have my life back! I would have given him 10 stars if I could have. And his PA, Elizabeth, is AWESOME!!
