I recently completed the group KAP program with Amy and Ted, and it was truly life-changing. The group setting, especially the circles, created a powerful sense of connection and healing. Over three days, we explored nature walks, art, meditation, and deep inner work, all guided with care by Amy and Ted. The insights I gained through Internal Family Systems continue to shape my life. Five months later, I still feel a lasting sense of confidence and well-being. Both the individual and group sessions were profound in their own ways, and I’m deeply grateful for the experience.

Just the best! Ted and Sarah were amazing facilitators and created such a safe and healing experience for the group. The physical space and surrounding woods are gorgeous too. If you're interested in doing this work, do it here, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I had a beautiful group intensive experience with Ted and Sarah. I greatly valued the safety and compassion, as well as the attention to integration and processing of the experience. It balanced well the invitation of my own inner-knowing with information and expertise. I highly recommend sitting with them. Oh! and the site is so so lovely. The nature and the stream just sung to me, inviting a reciprocal song back, and filling me with such joy. I also saw a bear! (at a safe distance)
