Recon Neurology & Psychiatry

We met with Derek recently. We have been to multiple providers trying to find help for my loved one. I really have one desire for her to go from existing to thriving. He is one of the few providers to offer hope and not dismiss what she is experiencing. It's only been 1 visit so far, I hope the rest are 5 star visits.

There aren’t enough words to describe Dr. Valerie Masotti! My daughters are finally receiving the care they have needed. We have never had a medical professional as caring and thorough that truly wants to help them get better! If you are looking for someone that actually listens and truly aims to help find answers and treatments she is the person to go to!!! We are truly blessed to have her as our daughters neurologist!!

Throwaway account, but I wanted to share my experience with this office. I came in, reluctantly, to explain mental health issues I had been experiencing for a while, but finally I had hit a point where I could no longer handle them on my own. I was extremely nervous, and almost pessimistic to share my thoughts and behaviors because I figured they wouldn’t listen and I would leave feeling like it was a waste of time. I was completely wrong. I saw Dr. Bieller, and I appreciated his willingness to actually listen, explain things, and work with me to find solutions. I also appreciated his matter-of-fact vibe, because that’s my exact personality type. Talking about mental health issues can be scary, embarrassing, and people can experience shame when explaining them, or even asking for help. Please, fight those feelings and reach out for help. With this facilities care, I feel like I am thriving now, and I am starting to feel like my normal self again. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you are struggling with mental health issues, please reach out for assistance. The staff here really wants the best for their patients.
