If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly listens, cares about your health, and works to find the right solutions for your needs, I highly recommend Dr. Hammonds at Foundations Health & Wellness in Fuquay-Varina. He is extremely knowledgeable and the doctor I trust with my care. Through chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and most recently shockwave therapy, he has helped me regain my health and quality of life. The staff also deserves appreciation. Jennifer at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating. There have been many times when I’ve needed an urgent appointment, and she has gone out of her way to schedule me quickly. Foundations Health & Wellness is an outstanding practice, and I am truly grateful for their support and expertise.

I’m so glad I found Dr. Hammonds. I originally came in with a lingering compression in my lower back from a minor injury in the gym. Dr. Hammonds was able to help treat that really quickly within a few appointments. I stay active through lifting and running, and stopping in here once a month for an adjustment has really helped me to stay pain-free. Dr. Hammonds is super knowledgeable, asks questions to understand, and is transparent about treatment plans and recommendations. The receptionist is the kindest person, appointments are always on time, and it’s super easy to schedule. I would absolutely recommend Foundations Health and Wellness.

Been going to Dr. Hammonds at Foundations for a little more than a year. I started going for routine maintenance adjustments but have stayed for the specialized care I receive. I am currently doing dry needling for a shoulder injury and got relief after only one session. The chiropractic care is above and beyond! I also love the welcoming atmosphere. Jen at the front is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and don't pass on the roller table!
