I first met Dr. Bethea in 2009, when she correctly diagnosed a neck injury that other doctors had missed for two years—saving me from giving up and leading to life-changing surgery in 2012. Her compassion, thoroughness, and dedication have never wavered. In July 2025, my healthy daughter suddenly developed severe headaches, dizziness, balance problems, and slurred speech. The neurology department at Moses Cone Neurology—the largest healthcare facility in Greensboro—was hesitant and slow to act. Dr. Bethea stepped in, suspected brain swelling, and urged an MRI—which confirmed massive swelling on both sides of my daughter’s brain. Even with those findings, Moses Cone Neurology still did not recognize the urgency—but Dr. Bethea did! She immediately took action, prescribing the right medication, starting Ozone O3UV therapy, and pinpointing the exact virus that was attacking my daughter’s brain. Within a week, my daughter’s headaches stopped, and her balance and speech fully returned. That is how extraordinary she is—when others hesitated, she saved my daughter’s life. I am forever grateful for her care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bethea for 10yrs. She does my facet joint injections. Her skill, and knowledge is top notch. I came in to see her on 6/15/23, for facet injections. With a pain level of 8plus. A day later it's down to about a 3. One week later, pain is all gone! I was seeing Dr.Bethea in Greensboro. I now live in Wake Forest. I drive 1.5hrs to see her. I don't trust anyone else. And won't see anyone else for this procedure. She gets 5 stars 🌟 from me. If your dealing with pain. Dr.Bethea is your go to Dr. A job well done! Thank you!--Kevin H.
