Jude is a great meditation instructor. His classes were very well organized, he is very attentive to the customer needs and included yoga along with his awesome guided meditations. It definitely helped feel less anxious and more focused. I learned a lot.

I took Jude’s 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to begin or deepen their meditation practice or to become more mindful and present (and reduce stress as a result). He teaches in a very accessible and non judgmental way, and the course is full of useful information, resources, and aimed at building meditation skills starting with guided meditations and moving towards independent/self guided meditation. His years of experience as a therapist informs the way he moderates the course and makes it very pertinent to apply to daily life.

This was my second meditation work shop with Jude. My first was a few years back and it motivated me to meditate to help with stress management and anxiety. This second work shop was great. It was a good reminder of what I have learned in my meditation practice, the importance of being present and self compassion. I recommend taking any meditation course with Jude. He's a great teacher with a gentle and mindful approach.

I truly enjoyed Jude's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week class. He is well organized yet allows an organic flow to the class. You will learn techniques and thought processes that will guide you the rest of your life, if you will embrace them. Thanks Jude!

Jude Johnson is an amazing therapist. He is so calm and patient. I took Jude's MBSR class over 3 years ago and I am still utilizing the skills that he taught me. This class has changed my life and I will forever be thankful to Jude.
