My husband and I LOVE Fire Ice and Moore for our recovery and body maintenance needs. We’ve tried the contrast therapy sauna and cold plunge room and the hyperbaric chamber and have loved our experience in all. The hyperbaric chamber is a great 60 minute escape and you leave feeling energized and really mentally clear and productive for the rest of the day. The contrast therapy is our absolute go-to help combat inflammation and muscle soreness that comes from our high volume training schedule. I’ve never experienced such immediate anti-inflammatory results as I get after a contrast session. It has become a weekly necessity in our training schedule. In addition to the physical benefits, the studio is SO clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I also like that the studio is owned by an experienced holistic health practitioner, so protocols aren’t based on fads but rooted in science. This is such a great addition to Moore county.

Fire Ice & Moore is fantastic. From cold plunge to Infrared sauna and even Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy for all your recovery and relaxation needs. Friendly staff, great owners and good vibes. 10/10 do recommend!!!
