Love the contrast of hot sauna and cold plunge! My health has improved so much with red light therapy ☺️

I went into Dithurma today to test out their cold plunge and sauna it was sooo fun. The whole place was super clean and well taken care of, the sauna was huge!! But still super hot, and the plunge very cold but felt amazing!! Will definitely be back to try red light therapy and cryotherapy! The staff were super wonderful and helpful as well!

Best experience ever! The vibe when I walked in was so clean and chic. I did the red light therapy and it was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Then I did the sauna and cold plunge, my body has never felt better. The manger Austin was so attentive and helpful. Highly recommended if you need quick recovery or a self care day!
