Firefly Medical in Liberty Lake demonstrated a serious decline in care and professionalism after my provider left the practice. Communication became inconsistent, forms provided were inaccurate and legally inappropriate, and there was no meaningful continuity of care. Rather than supporting patients through a provider transition, the office relied on unclear processes and rigid cancellation policies that did not reflect the level of service being delivered. On top of that, the cancellation fees are insulting given the level of service provided. This experience showed a lack of accountability and patient-centered care. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values clear communication, accurate documentation, and responsible medical administration.

This fine clinic provides thorough, reliable testing, ongoing monitoring, and open honest communication on benefits and treatment options available. Dr Lovat at firefly has seriously saved my life. I truly believe that my life finally started when I booked my first appointment with them. After spending my entire childhood in obesity, no energy, motivation, or frankly- anything. I’ve tried everything from dieting to exercise but no matter what, nothing stuck. Later on- a few years ago I went through the steps for treatment of my symptoms of Anxiety, depression. Upon meeting Dr Lovat I explained it as “I am perpetually exhausted”. No matter how much or how little I slept I was ALWAYS tired and unmotivated. Their treatment allowed me to finally feel normal, to finally go out and do what I’ve wanted.
