I was unsure of what to expect. Other than reading up, I had no idea of the real benefits of red light therapy. I was able to feel comfortable in "my own skin" without judgement. I was so relaxed during the consultation and the measurement taking. The staff was very nice. Having the process explained in detail and having it make sense was very personal and I appreciate that. I feel more confident in my health and this treatment is the boost I needed to only get better.

I paid the whole amount up front, and when I started the drops, I had an allergic reaction. They had me stop the drops, and then restart them at a lower dose. I still broke out. They had me stop them again and then take them only with food. I still broke out. I have tried every way they have asked me to, and instead of just admitting that their drops aren’t going to work for me, and give me my money back, they just keep having me try in different ways with the same results. Out $2000+ (because “obviously we. Ant give you everything back”) and sores from breaking out so much. I am beyond frustrated at this point, and angry. It’s ridiculous, to be perfectly honest. I should have just sunk the $2K into the personal trainer who has helped me more than the drops ever did.
