My family and I have received wonderful and detailed care from all the members of the staff at You Holistic! When I first walked in the door, I was feeling very ill and out of sorts and now just over a year of working with Irina and her team I am back better than ever before! This includes having completed a triathlon and many other strenuous physical endeavors! I could not be more thankful!

I’ve seen many functional medicine and holistic practitioners, and Irina Serebryakova is by far the best. She offers services I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in the state and really takes a whole-person approach. She’s helped me not only with the specific condition I came in for, but also with several other chronic issues. Peptide therapy has made a huge difference in my quality of life. Irina is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly exceptional. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’m receiving injections for pain in my groin and hip. Grateful for the education I am getting. They are receptive and supportive as well as responsive to any of my calls and texts. My first injection I realized worked when I did a leg workout (scare behind my right knee) the muscles released to be able to work finally! I was sore from working out but knew these muscles finally are working again. 2nd time injection in a spot of my leg that was injured 9 yrs ago. In chronic pain. Since then. One treatment the stored trapped emotions came out and instant relief.
