I have been working with Jeni since mid August and I have noticed some serious changes in my life. After doing the wellness and food scan I gained very specific insight towards what my body needed. From there we did bi-weekly EVOX sessions which helped me gain insight towards beliefs I had that were enabling bad habits. Her calm and supportive nature gave me the freedom to acknowledge truths I had been in denial about. EVOX is a tool to help you re-frame these negative patterns and build a new framework of acceptance for ourselves and the world around us. After 6 months my most recent wellness report showed a significant improvement in different biomarkers and I have a different outlook on the parts of me that were operating from a place of dysfunction. If you are reading this it's because, like myself, you need support in ways that cannot be achieved overnight. I hope you give yourself a chance to reap the benefits of this holistic modality.

Jeni has been such a gem as she has warmly, gently and patiently guided me through this journey of relief. What we don’t know, we can not heal.
