I recently attended a cooking class at Nutriamed, it was such a fun and enriching experience! The class was led by a warm and engaging duo — a doctor and a chef — who made the whole session feel both educational and incredibly welcoming. They were not only knowledgeable but also sweet and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their passion for healthy food. We had the chance to prepare and enjoy mussels and scallops, which were absolutely delicious. What made the class even more special was that it wasn’t just a demonstration — we were hands-on in the kitchen, actively helping to cook while learning about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients and the steps of the recipe. It was the perfect blend of learning and doing. I’d highly recommend a cooking class, A truly memorable experience!

I had an amazing experience at the cooking classes at NutriaMed! Dr. Bursheh and the chef were both fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their craft. They provided so many useful tips and techniques that made cooking feel both fun and approachable. The classes were well-organized, engaging, and hands-on, making it easy to follow along. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their cooking skills or just have a good time!
