I want to start by saying that the first person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, everything after that was deeply concerning. I was required to complete three separate appointments just to determine candidacy (an initial phone call, a Zoom appointment, and an in-person visit), which felt excessive and unnecessary. When I arrived for treatment, I was shocked to find there was no proper TMS treatment chair. I was seated in what appeared to be a standard cushioned chair. To compensate, I was placed on a booster seat, which made me feel unsteady and extremely uncomfortable. My head was not secured in any way, despite a heavy machine resting on it. My head was not measured at all prior to mapping or treatment. During brain mapping, my motor response was not occurring as expected. Instead of adjusting technique or equipment, staff repeatedly suggested that I consume caffeine, mentioning this to me multiple times. This was especially concerning as caffeine is contraindicated for some medical conditions, and current research does not support caffeine as a requirement for effective TMS mapping. The actual treatment was extremely painful, and even after I clearly communicated this, no meaningful adjustments were made and I was told after the fact that they could put something on my head to make things more comfortable. Because my head was not properly supported, the device shifted during treatment, raising serious concerns about accuracy and safety. Additionally, the staff member who was supposed to remain in the room for the duration of the treatment left partway through. A front desk/administrative staff member then took over and made phone calls in the room during my treatment, which felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical procedure. I am now receiving TMS treatment at a different clinic, and the difference is night and day. My head was carefully measured, mapping was completed easily, the treatment is not painful, and I am able to lie back in a proper medical chair that supports my head and keeps it very still throughout treatment. TMS is a medical procedure that requires precision, proper equipment, and patient monitoring. Based on my experience, I did not feel safe, supported, or confident in the care provided at this clinic.

What an amazing experience. From the staff to the treatment of TMS everything was great . If you’re struggling with mental health and can’t seem to help it no matter what you try, I highly recommend looking into what this office and its team offers .
