Cris is an amazing medical provider and healing comes natural to her. I joined the metabolic challenge group under her guidance and I must say - it was a game changer. I feel lighter, more energized, I have more knowledge on what choices to make at the grocery store and my hormones are back to normal values. It’s definitely a process but Cris is THE PERSON to go to for anything woman hormonal and functional medicine advice. Love her !!!
