Did not have a positive egg freezing experience here. From the beginning, care did not seem individualized; they just gave me the "blanket protocol." Then during, I rarely got in depth, thoughtful feedback on my test results. After my retrieval, they were already encouraging me to do another round even though I explained emphatically throughout that we could only afford 1. Consistently did not feel heard by staff... It felt more like a business than a highly intimate and stressful experience. If I end up using my eggs, I will go to another provider.

I went to there Hoboken office for patient monitoring. The worst experience I ever had. The front desk receptionist was probably the meanest coldest woman I met. I walked in for my 7am monitoring appointment and she didn’t even acknowledge that I walked into the room. I was waiting patiently…and she just ignored me and continued typing her very “important” email for almost 15min. She didn’t tell me just to take a seat or she will be with me..she just acted like I wasn’t even there. Finally when I was acknowledged she told me I have a $250…when I have been having insurance cover all my appointments. She loudly said, u don’t have infertility coverage it’s $250. After telling her that I was diagnosed with endometriosis and my insurance does cover these appointments with that diagnosis. She looked further and said oh…right…I didn’t look into your file. Since I was preparing for my embryo transfer I had to go 3x that week for monitoring, and each time the same receptionist continued to ignore me every time I walked in. I even told her let me know when I’m able to check in. She responded “oh I did already”…I wish she would have communicated that instead of just ignoring me sitting there.
Dr Wolf also wasn’t the friendliest. She didn’t review my paperwork sent over by my doctor so she has to do my transvaginal ultrasound twice in the same day because she didn’t collect the correct information my doctor needed.…when I told her I have 5 good embryos with my first retrieval with my doctor She made a comment that she could’ve gotten more embryos if I did it with her, Wow that’s really nice to say to someone that’s going through IVF for over a year now…no doctor can ever guarantee that and it’s so unprofessional to speak that way…considering I had already suffered some failed transfers and pregnancy loss. I pretty much left crying after every appointment I had there…it’s already emotional and stressful to go through IVF treatment but to also be treated with no kindness or empathy. They don’t even make you feel like a person, it’s like your cattle when you walk in. They don’t even read your patient file! I’m never going back.

I had a great experience doing IVF with Dr. Wolf. She is knowledgeable, kind and wants you to be informed. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she takes time out of her schedule to call you personally. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be pregnant with my baby girl and I am eternally grateful to her and everyone at URA.

My first telemedicine consult was amazing. Some very heavy topics were discussed. She never once discouraged me. She was thorough. The day of my visit was amazing. She did all the testing needed and made me feel comfortable. Her staff is amazing. Kat, her MA was great. Found my vein and I didn’t feel a thing.

Everyone, as usual, looked after me very well. I always feel welcomed, even by staff, nurses and doctors who are not dealing with me, always stoping when they pass by to say hi and wish me luck, that’s just so so lovely. I was quite nervous for this transfer but the minute I saw Dr Wolf I felt considerably calmer. She is without doubt my favourite part of this journey ( hoping to replace her as favourite with a baby though, sorry!). Thank you to everyone who looked after me.
