I can’t say enough about Steve Kreh, I’ve never had a physical therapist like this ever, the attention to detail and the one on one care is like no other. He truly cares about everyone he sees and the results are amazing, my progress because of his care has gotten me to where I am today. If you are looking for a physical therapist who does one on one this is the place for you. Highly recommend! Kyle is also great and Toby is always helpful for making are appointments!

I cannot recommend Boost Physical Therapy highly enough. I have been recovering from a gluteus medius tear for over 18 months, and throughout this long journey, Steve and his team have never stopped working to help me heal and regain strength. From targeted sports medicine techniques, shockwave therapy to dry needling, every session has been thoughtful, strategic, and tailored specifically to my recovery. What sets them apart is not just their skill and knowledge, but their persistence and genuine commitment to my progress. They even used a specialized running analysis program to evaluate my gait, identify what I was doing incorrectly, and pinpoint the factors that contributed to my injury. That level of detail and commitment made all the difference. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I have made meaningful improvements that once felt out of reach. If you are looking for a physical therapist who combines advanced techniques with true compassion and determination, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Please read my story until the end. I cannot rave about Steve enough. The man is responsible for some of the best care I’ve ever received. Before going to boost, I was hospitalized after an accident that left multiple parts of both my knees sprained and me on crutches. I was told that after 6–8 weeks of R.I.C.E., I’d be good as new. My Rothman orthopedist told me I didn’t need PT. Despite my constant asking, they insisted that’s how I would get better and were, for whatever reason, resistant to the idea of PT. I’m familiar enough with my body, fitness, and have done enough research into the industry to know this level of care would only prolong my healing. I have a hard time trusting medical professionals due to prior experiences. So after a few weeks, I started doing self-administered PT based off my own research. Which helped, however, inefficiently. Sure enough, after 8 weeks, despite my own efforts to improve exercise, rest, and nutrition, my knees were in terrible shape: constantly in pain, with less than a quarter of my normal range of motion, weakness, instability, and slipping of my ACL. It was hell for months. I met with Steve at week 8. He heard my story, evaluated me via a series of tests, and carefully reviewed my MRI results. I’m happy to say that at week 20, at the time of writing this, I can squat, run, rock climb and it feels like just the beginning. Steve set me up with a plan that leveraged exercises to maximize the strength and stability gains I’d been hoping for. My story is evidence of his knowledge and kindness. He set the trajectory for my healing during a time of mental and physical struggle resulting from my injuries. He also has this talent for getting people to open up. You walk into his room, and suddenly every one of his patients feels comfortable enough to talk to one another. It goes to show that healing the body isn’t just a physical exercise, it’s a mental one too. And Steve has mastered both in spades. You won’t regret going to see Steve. He cares more about his patients, than he cares about himself. I can’t recommend him enough.
