I attended my appointment and was given a form that the receptionist asked me to sign before the consultation. However when I read the form, it basically states that I am informed about this treatment and all its risks, which I was obviously not yet. So I said to the receptionist I can gladly sign it after the consultation but I would be lying if I signed it before. She said that in order to get the consultation I have to pre- sign or they would cancel my appointment. I don’t understand why they make people pre-sign a document where the patient basically certifies that they’ve been fully informed of this treatment, risks and benefits when they clearly have not. I’m disappointed but I will not sign something that is not true and the office basically is making people sign this before the consultation is given, which to me is unethical practices. The worst part is the receptionist was visibly annoyed at me for even asking. I basically got kicked out for not signing the form before I was provided any information.

I’m on Month 3 and I’m very satisfied so far and can’t wait to see more results. John and his team have been super helpful and supportive and the process was quick and seamless. Very clean office and the staff is very supportive and friendly.

After receiving numerous emails and text regarding my appointment and the importance of it. I arrived on time for a 12:45 appt. After waiting 30 minutes, was told dr will be another 10 minutes, we know how that goes. After waiting 45 minutes I left. Was this because I was a free consultation? I also had to sign many papers including "no guarantee of hair growth" statement. HOWEVER their in office brochure states " guarantee hair growth". Glad I left.WELL a few days later I received a TC, with an apology and a new appt. I didn't wait long, received a thorough, in depth consultation. The trichologist,John, spent about an hour answering all my questions and concerns. They turned a negative experience into a positive one.
