I have had the opportunity to work along side Jenn in various settings over the years and have always been inspired by her skills, experience and the compassionate care she provides. Most recently, I worked with Jenn individually for a yoga session. Jenn personalized the session to my specific experience and needs, from starting with an intention to offering gentle support throughout, Jenn created a safe and comfortable practice that allowed me to be fully present and embodied in a natural way. She integrated yoga and embodiment education and wisdom seamlessly and ended with an opportunity to reflect, ask questions and integrate the experience. I’m so appreciative of the services Jenn provides and highly recommend her!
