As a therapist myself, I look to Kelly when I need to find someone to refer to for PTSD. She utilizes EMDR, ketamine assisted therapy and even works in yoga when appropriate. If you are looking to heal from trauma I would reach out to her!! She is super warm and approachable as well which makes it even easier to work with her.
