No words can describe how horrible this place is. The reviews in these comments are all a lie that the people who work there write to hide all the negative reviews. For the short time I was a patient at Freeway, all the medical professionals that work there leave within months because they’ve expressed hating it. The ladies at the front desk, all five of them look at you with absolute disgust and talk to you (the patient!!!) is beneath them the minute you walk in. I’ve absolutely dreaded the days I had an appointment because the minute you sign in to when you get out feels like torture. I recommended a person to do an appointment with a psychiatrist there and they charged him for several missing appointments on a SUNDAY when the place isn’t even opened and they forced him to pay more than $150. I came in to ask for my medical records respectfully and one of the girls in the front desk told me that if I didn’t have an email address they couldn’t give me my medical records, another girl told me 7-10 business days, and another girl told me 5-7 business days. Not to mention the manager is even worst than the employees, she is absolutely disgusting. When I expressed my concerns because I needed my medical records urgently, she talked to me degradingly like I was an idiot for asking for them and didn’t even offer me solutions to my problem. She even told me that a person like me wouldn’t understand why it takes more than a week for me to get my records trying to imply that I was stupid. For a place that is targeted to help people with mental health problems it only seems like they take advantage of peoples vulnerability and sickness to treat them like they’re nothing

I have the pleasure to be getting my TMS treatment with Hector. His so reliable, friendly and very professional. Always reaching out to make sure you don’t miss your appointments and very flexible with accommodations. At times he passes his work hours just for you us to complete our treatment.
