I cannot say enough good things about Gaurav and the care I received from him at Seva Orthopedic. I initially went to him for knee pain because I had reached a point where I could no longer run comfortably, and I was feeling frustrated and discouraged. From the very beginning, Gaurav was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and attentive. He took the time to really understand what I was going through and created a treatment plan that felt both detailed and personalized. What stood out the most was how closely he followed my progress throughout the journey. He was very thorough with the exercises he prescribed, made sure I was doing them correctly, and kept checking in regularly to see how I was improving, and where things needed to be modified. At every stage, he was encouraging, reassuring, and fully invested in helping me recover. That kind of support made such a big difference, not just physically but mentally as well, because it gave me confidence and hope that I would be able to get back to running again. Thanks to his expertise, dedication, and genuine care, I made tremendous progress. I truly felt like I was in the best hands the entire time. Gaurav is not only highly skilled at what he does, but he also brings kindness and commitment to every session, which is something that really sets him apart. I am running again, and it's all due to Guarav :)

My upper right arm was recovering well from severe trauma caused by a car accident, but it still felt weaker than before the accident in doing routine housework & gardening in lifting, exerting pulling force as well as dexterous motions like twisting off jar tops. At 1st appointment, the orthopedic PT Gaurav Kekatpure tested & diagnosed accurately areas of my right shoulder & arm causing the persistent weakness. He devised a program of easy to do exercises for me to do at home. My right arm began to improve in grip strength, weight handling with each 30 min visit + progressively customized course of exercises recommended to me. PT Gaurav Kekatpue is knowledgeable and experienced. He answers all my questions thoughtfully & always explain the improvements to expect from the treatment exercises he recommends. The practice is very well run. Waiting time minimal. I always get good reminders of my appointments. PT Gaurav keeps excellent notes so I always feel assured by his ongoing care. My recovery was measurably evident after 6 sessions. PT Gaurav did not prolong my treatment unnecessarily to include more sessions after encouraging me to continue the exercises at home.
