Dr. Lima was available almost immediately, which is rare, and he took the time to do a thorough evaluation using brain mapping. I prefer to avoid medication whenever possible, and Dr. Lima recommended neurofeedback therapy — a safe, non-medicated approach to improving focus. After several weeks of treatment, a follow-up brain map showed clear evidence that the neurofeedback had worked. I’ve noticed a significant improvement myself. Dr. Lima’s therapy has truly been a godsend, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking help of any kind. Militsu is also a joy to work with — professional, kind, and supportive.

My experience with Dr.Lima during the QEEG brain mapping was excellent. He made me feel at ease throughout the process and took the time to explain the results clearly and thoughtfully. I have never experienced this service and I went in a bit apprehensive, but I highly recommend getting this done at The Center for Cognitive Growth!The insights I gained from this service concerning my mental health were both valuable and enlightening. I left feeling understood and confident in the next steps for my well-being. I plan on receiving neuro feedback training as a next step with Dr Lima. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a holistic therapy practice!
