I wish I met Rachel sooner! I had never been in therapy before and was so nervous that I would feel silly or like my problems were "stupid." She is nonjudgmental and so kind, and has helped me to see that talking to someone prevents anxiety from getting bigger than it already is, and that it's NOT stupid. I am so glad I found her :)

This wonderful office feels more like a yoga or meditation center. It is such and warm and welcoming space. The staff are compassionate and professional. I am so glad to know this warm and comfortable center is there for those who are feeling vulnerable or seeking support.

Dealing with Kate has been an amazing experience, I felt like I was the only person on her schedule, I felt understood, and safe. The whole staff was professional and treated me like I mattered, I highly recommend Kate and Artemis.
