If I could give this practice a negative 5 starts it would be too little. I HAD an appointment today, but because of the way Trish, (or so she says that's her name), the person that does the billing, treated an established patient, who has a big issue with billing for tests not needed, and the abrasive, confrontational tone she took with this patient, made me cancel. This woman was so nasty, and then confrontational with me when I told her that she should have taken this patient to the back room and spoke to her about this issue and not expose a new patient to this bs! DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! No one should feel like a fight is about to happen when they go to any doctor. She is rude, unprofessional, and lacks common decency.

This place is unbelievable. When I started going there they were inner circle which should mean $0 copay. They discontinued inner circle without my knowledge and billed me for visits months later. Now every time I visit I receive bills in the mail outside my copay (and I don’t mean for blood work!) My last sick visit (for a sore throat) resulted in 15 min with the doctor and no medications needed. I received a bill for $165 after my copay that should cover my visit. I have contacted on SEVERAL occasions to determine the reasons for this bill and I’m met with an immediate attitude, long periods of hold (over 20 min!), or direct transfer to leave a voicemail for someone who never calls back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
