After waiting for over an hour to see Doctor Sloan I was rushed out of the office without the procedure being done. Amber (nurse/MA) was very rude when trying to reschedule for another time. Amber just walked away while in was still talking and never rescheduled the procedure. This clinic was the worst clinic I have ever been to. Staff was rude and did not give any information to delays.

Best medical team ever! I have multiple severe, degenerative, inflammatory, spinal diseases on top of good old osteoarthritis. Before going to Manzano Medical Group, my previous care was patched together among several different specialists that never even talked to one another. I felt very ignored and very insecure in my medical care. But now that I'm a patient at Manzano Medical Group, I feel secure that I have a highly skilled full team of doctors to treat every aspect of my conditions all in one location that is very well located near the other medical services I make use of. The entire staff is so friendly and positive and supportive! From the doctors and residents, to the nurses, physician's assistants and even their resident assistants...everyone is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. And they have both empathy and compassion for their clients and patients. They truly care about not only their patients medical conditions, but also their overall well-being. A rare and wonderful trait to find in a medical staff. I have put my trust in them to the degree that I have committed to continue my treatment with them throughout the rest of the course of the diseases I'm battling.
