Matt is amazing. The best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He’s been super creative in modifying my stretching and strengthening routines to help me transition through physical therapy (something separate) and progressing towards the health/fitness goals I discussed with him. On top of that, he’s a genuine person; truly dedicated to helping his clients realize their potential. Ashley’s high energy and enthusiasm is contagious. You can’t help but be motivated when she’s working with you. And dang, she’ll coach you through a really rewarding workout. I’ve never seen her to be other than cheerful, positive, and attentive.

Highly Recommend! Matt and Ashley got me started on a training journey that has made me feel stronger and healthier. At 70 years old I started a weekly training schedule which is invigorating. I feel better than I have for years and confident I will be stronger to face the inevitable decline that comes with age. It is great to feel muscles I did not know I had. I see it as a great investment in me with results I can see and feel.

These people know what they are doing! I highly recommend them. There is a treatment called miracle wave treatment and that is exactly what it is. I have had scar tissue since 2014 and here and now I am finally getting rid of it. People just don't know the information they should about non invasive sound wave therapy. It relieves pain and speeds healing naturally without surgery. I am able to walk better and have better posture and balance, a new way of life.
