I went to this office seeking help for shoulder pain after an injury. I received a stem cell injection followed by a PRP injection. Unfortunately, I was given no aftercare instructions for either procedure. After the second injection, I experienced issues and called the office, but I never received a callback. These procedures are not covered by insurance and are very expensive, so I expected clear aftercare guidance and at least a follow-up or response when I reached out with concerns. The lack of communication and support after treatment was disappointing.

I can't believe that this doctor has managed to start a clinic in Spirit Lake Iowa. Please look up all the lawsuits against this man before you let him treat you. They start in 1994 as far as I can find in California which is why he moved his practice to Nevada after he lost his license in California. However the lawsuits did not stop please look up everything about this man before you walk into any of the clinics that use his practices. Be aware.

Dr. Shallenberger is sincere, honest, kind and he SAVED MY LIFE. No one else had any cures when a dentist destroyed my teeth and my brain was being eaten alive by an infection caused by barry mercer. After the dentist almost ended my life, he is a TRUE HERO. His ozone and other genius methods saved me. No one else could. He has a room full of patients and we all talked about how much he was helping them. He saves lives. I love him and will always be thankful for what he did for me. He tried to help me find a good dentist too. We need more Doctors like him in the world. I cannot say enough good things about him. He knows so much. I would trust him with my life.
