My results from neurofeedback with Denise were lifechanging! I made some big and important life decisions that I had felt "stuck" on for almost a year. And Denise made sure that I had the best experience possible doing neurofeedback with her! She was professional and thorough, when asking about my specific needs and challenges; she did an excellent assessment to determine my treatment plan. When she conducted the neurofeedback therapy on me she was caring, attentive, and compassionate. She asked questions to see how I was progressing, and she was very professional. And she always made sure I was comfortable, and she made me feel at home, while healing and addressing some of my life's toughest challenges!!! I am a therapist, and I know the importance of all of these aspects of care. I recommend her to my friends and family!

Denise is the absolute best!! She is so talented and nurturing. She has a warm, loving energy that makes me feel very safe and comfortable. During my Reiki sessions with her It’s like going on vacation. :)

I experienced my first Reiki Therapy session with Denise Talamantes. I wasn't sure what to expect, but after the session I felt incredibly light and energized, as if a burden I didn't realize I was carrying had been lifted. I even felt as though my posture had improved...like I wasn't being weighed down and slouching as much. Denise explained everything as we went through the process and made me feel very comfortable. She has an amazing energy and provides feedback on how to continue to improve your journey when you're outside of their office. I would highly recommend a visit. The Optima Wellness Center is a very clean, welcoming and relaxing space.
