At first I liked the convenience of how open their schedule was and the convenience of telehealth appointments but then I was never really seen at my start time but it would vary by a few minutes so no big deal I had an issue following my last appointment dealing with a prescription that was not resolved to date and today’s refill appointment I waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time and was not seen at all as normally our calls only last 5-8 minutes - i called in to the office at around 20 minutes and was told I would get today’s co pay refunded as I was not seen Then I received a call being told that they spoke with the provider and she stated that she will still be charging $25 and that I can receive the rest as a balance , in my opinion this situation does not apply to the cancellation policy but If they require the co-pay more than me that is fine. It was more so the principle of the situation. Not a very professional experience overall unfortunately

My experience with Bridge Health Services has been unacceptable due to the behavior of the front desk staff. Their conduct has been consistently unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive. As the first point of contact for patients, this level of rudeness is entirely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. These repeated interactions have directly contributed to multiple patients, including myself, choosing to change providers. No patient should feel belittled, ignored, or treated as an inconvenience when seeking medical care. Given the severity and frequency of these issues, I strongly believe this establishment should be reviewed by the appropriate medical board. The lack of professionalism and accountability raises serious concerns about patient experience and oversight. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

I would leave zero stars if I could. On the day of my sons appt (after I had already taken off of work and pulled him out of school), they told me they could not take him as a patient because our SECONDARY insurance is out of network. My primary is in network and would cover the entire cost. They said if we want to be seen we'd have to pay in cash, in full, upfront. WHAT A SCAM! I have NEVER heard of such a thing and my partner works in insurance and have been going to various specialists for years. I will be taking this to the NV board of insurance.
