The office was very, very busy and I understand that Friday’s at the Centennial office is always that busy. Regardless, I moved along in my appointment with my x-ray registration and seeing The doctor. I was really disappointed that my diagnostic test can only be done in five months because of that first booking. Then I see the doctor in two weeks and hopefully he will decide to give me a hip replacement.. I found a facility very clean, and I found the receptionist and staff very friendly and courteous. I am on a waitlist for the diagnostic test And hopefully I will be able to get in sooner. PS I really like Dr Fontes and he comes highly recommend.

Zero stars if possible….My experience with the office staff was very pleasant, as expected. They sent me 4 reminders to not be late for my appt. I was the requested 15 mins early. Signed a couple papers and waited. Was assigned a room where I waited. TOTAL WAIT = 90 minutes. Remember, I got 4 texts reminding me to not be late…. After 40 minutes, my wife asked someone (who seemed to be a PA) if they would check to see how long it would be for Dr. Perry? She said she would. We waited several minutes and did not hear from anyone. My wife went to the desk and saw Dr. Perry. Asked him if he was in fact Dr. Perry and he said yes. My wife explained we had been in the room waiting for almost an hour and wondering how long it would be. He replied, “I’ll be in there in a few minutes”. He wasn’t. It was 15 more minutes before we decided to leave. Then, oh yes, then …. he was “JUST HEADING IN” to the room ?!!!??? You are reminded 4 times to not be late, they take your $300 for the initial visit, then make YOU wait all that time, and no respect. I don’t think so. Not anymore. I hope others will see what we saw and stand up and say no more! I don’t mind paying for service, but not THIS KIND!

Dr was amazing ! 10/10 would recommend. I am terrified of needles and he did made me feel comfortable every way thru my process. He helped me out so much and I am glad I chose him to be my dr to get my knee back moving how it should. I completely trust this dr and he is very nice and friendly and gets the job done quickly!!! Thank u so much for your work!
