Im very grateful for calm clinic. They have a calm and welcoming presence that immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. Throughout our sessions, the staff have been great. They have a way of asking just the right questions to help me gain insights into my thoughts and feelings. What I appreciated most about calm clinic was their commitment to providing personalized care. They recognized that every individual is unique and therefore requires a customized approach to therapy. They worked with me to develop a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs and goals.

Dr. Zand is the best, changed my life. I was with him when he was with another clinic. I pay cash so no insurance issues, not cheap but worth every dime.

If I’m going to write a review and I’m going to be completely honest because I want everyone to reach the level of healing I am at now to where I was years ago. If it wasn’t for Dr.Zand I would still be depressed and have a lot anxiety. I was going to other psychiatrists and all they did is push medication and didn’t care what they prescribed me. I was a walking depressed like zombie for years till I found Dr.Zand. Dr.Zand has made sure through our sessions I am on the right meds for me and I am heard and understood. His staff is always so nice and kind, best psychiatrist clinic I wouldn’t go to anywhere else after finding him. I have a family member also going to Dr.Zand after I suggested he’s the best and I never seen such fast results in change of her mood and energy levels that no other doctor for 10 years has been able to help her like this. So I had to get on and write a review so that if you or a family member need a real doctor that cares and actually helps you and makes life easier See Dr.Zand. I’m so grateful and thankful for him and his staff for all the help they gave me and my family. Truly a blessing to receive the right help when you really need it!
