I have been receiving services since December 2024. I would come in crying for my appointments, of how bad my mental health was. Chelsie and Debbie gave me hope, and a year later here I am, smiling again. So happy they answered when I called. At my worst, they always greeted me with a smile, Danielle has exceptional customer service skills, I never felt judged for crying my crocodile tears. I will forever be thankful to you guys. Thank you for all you do for our community.

I’ve been receiving therapy here for the past year for medical and family trauma with these guys (formerly known as “The Parkey Group”), and I highly recommend it. It is the most consistent, useful talk therapy I’ve had. It’s the first time I’ve felt like counseling is actually progressive and collaborative instead of feeling scrambled, like I’m not sure how to get my footing or be heard by my therapist. I’m absolutely positive I would not have had the level of improvement I’ve had without Jenna - a very smart, empathetic, and insightful therapist. I started weekly and moved to monthly and I appreciate that as long as you communicate within the agreed upon time frame you can switch it up however you like (in person/telehealth, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly). Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys!

Always had a good experience with the Parkey Group. Rebecca is great. She helped me get through a lot of things and great therapist. Patience, listens and offers good advice. Changed my life for the better. Definitely recommend!

The front office staff at The Parkey Group is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can tell they truly care about every person who comes through the door. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, heard, and supported. I especially want to mention Danielle—she is incredible! When I needed to speak with the nurse practitioner, she made the triage process so smooth and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and truly listened to my concerns, making sure I got the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. The nurse practitioner here is also wonderful. They don’t just hand out prescriptions—they actually take the time to listen, ask questions, and consider your personal needs and goals before making any recommendations. I felt heard, respected, and empowered in my treatment plan, which is so rare to find. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like a person and not just a number, The Parkey Group is it! Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews for anything. Ever. Unless it’s really bad. Well…I had an appointment with this group, and I entered in the video conference and waited about 10-15 minutes. No one showed up and I had to go back to work. I later found out that I was charged $33 for attending that session in which the doctor did NOT attend. And then I was subsequently charged $50 for a “no show/cancellation fee” for that same session that I was in attendance for. In attendance as in SHOWING UP. They said they tried calling and I tried calling them and left a message and called multiple times. No on answered and no one entered the room. Go to any other group. The ladies here are INCOMPETENT. Genuinely take notice at all the reviews. All the ones praising it with 5 stars is all generic cliche reviews by probably biased people or outright employees. The actual legitimate reviews are saying they use dishonest strategies and take your money. They have no respect for then client. And when I had gone to do talk therapy with them, the therapist was rather cold and uninterested in anything I said, and even went as far sometimes to disagree with me when I was open and honest about things in my life. She would tell me I was wrong lmao! This whole office is an ego trip. Run entirely by incompetent ladies too. Just so incompetent
