My experience with Alma Vida has been very positive. Sonia and her team were very helpful in reaching some of my health goals and continue to be supportive in continuing with my health journey. I liked how the initial program is well paced in getting bite size information so not overwhelmed. The weekly support/information groups also beneficial to stay on track.

I'm truly thankful for Alma Vida for making my life better and healthier. Dr. Sonia and her dedicated team vastly improved my overall fitness by teaching me how to eat right and how to live healthier. I successfully lost over 25 pounds and reversed my course of becoming a diabetic after completing the program in 3 months! I highly recommend this wellness program for those who want to improve their health and their quality of life.

I have been getting Coaching from Alma Vida so once September 2025. I have lost weight. Changed medication or even gotten off some medication. I sleep better and have better mental clarity. I had been on Levothyroxine Since 1989. My GP would not change my medication’s. Sonia listened and I have been switched to NP thyroid. I’m sleeping better. I’m losing weight. My hair isn’t falling out as bad and I’m not constipated. Diet changes were easy to follow. The whole program was easy to follow and they coach you the whole way. I do it again!
