Advanced Medical Care

Extremely negative experience. The level of rudeness at the front desk was shocking. The reception staff were openly dismissive, spoke in a harsh tone, and showed clear disrespect toward patients. I remained calm and polite, yet I was met with irritation and condescension. It genuinely felt like patients were an inconvenience to them. I waited over an hour to see the doctor. During that time, I overheard staff raising their voices and speaking rudely to patients over the phone. The environment felt hostile and unprofessional. I originally intended to receive physical therapy here, but after this experience I chose to go elsewhere. Basic respect toward patients should not be optional in a medical facility. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and professionalism.

The team at Adavanced Medical physical therapy team is quite lovely. Rafik and Miela have been so good to me to get me on my healing journey. I recommend this physical therapy place 100 times!

I had an appointment scheduled at 9-00 am as the very first patient that day. The wait time before my procedure started was 45 minute!!!! And only after I started to complain about such ridiculous wait time. When the nurse let me inside the lab, she said that the receptionist never communicated to her about me. This overall inefficient and neglected attitude for the entire process is embarrassing absurd and does not make sense to me at all. Then I asked a receptionist to give me my blood test results - she printed and handed out to me tables without any numbers… when I pointed to blank pages - she was “pff then I don’t know”. The office feels like a bunch of teenagers with attitude playing in medical office.
