I started to do whole body cryo weekly a few years ago for arthritic pain relief. One of the many benefits I discovered from my treatment sessions is how much better I sleep at night. Doc Jake & his staff are so knowledgeable, great to work with & it's such a cool experience that I highly recommend!

I started doing weekly cryotherapy sessions a few years back. It's given me back so much, more energy, less arthritic pain & better sleep patterns. Dr. Jake & his staff are amazing people and are so genuine in the care they provide. Best cryo place in Buffalo!

I started with Buffalo Cryo in June 2025 because I was having consistent, daily neck/shoulder pain. I see a chiropractor and I also do acupuncture. While they both help, it wasn't solving the problem. I have also tried massages and again, it helps but doesn't solve my problem. I have been 4x now, once a month, and my chiropractor can see a difference in my back. It's easier to adjust, is not as "stressed" and most importantly, I don't have chronic neck/shoulder pain! I can't tell you how amazing this feels!
