Working with Cheryl was a great experience. The Neurofeedback session started with some talk therapy/learning about why you came. Then you get hooked up, it’s short, simple, yet the result was amazing. It takes a couple sessions, and to explain the benefit, it allows you to find the feeling of relaxation, or calmness, and then post-therapy, you can choose if you want that feeling, or the old feeling of stress and pain. It’s not easy to explain, but worth trying if you’re looking to change something and feel, maybe, stuck.
