Since I started treatment everyone was very helpful and honest and trustworthy. Make my process is easy and comfortable since worker’s compensation process can be so stressful. Manager Yanina very professional and Daris from front desk always so welcoming and kind. Chiropractor Dr Maria very professional. I’m very thankful for all the their staff and doctors.

To start off the whole office is amazing . Starting with the front desk girls they are so bubble and ready to help from the moment I walk in I feel welcomed and respected. The office manager is incredible as well and very attentive with the patients overall helping them out when in need . The Medical assistants are wonderful I have my doctor appointment and they were asking me clear questions and explaining to me the process of what is going to happen that day . The chiropractic doctor HAS THE BEST HANDS !!! the way that she is gentle with our neck and back and is always there to listen whenever I speak to her about a personal problem. The HBOT lady is someone very attentive and always there to help and last but not least physical therapy they are all amazing starting from the beginning to the end they explain what are the process of therapy they are also gently when giving massages . Overall the office is an amazing place I recommended if anyone has a case because I’ve been coming to this office for years now and have never found a complain . Everyone at the Citimed Corona is special in their own ways and make you feel good about yourself even if there are days that I’ve felt like shit . What stands out most is the genuine care and empathy shown by everyone in the office. I truly appreciate the dedication and kindness of this team. It’s comforting to know I’m in such capable and caring hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE 🫶🏾

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this place. I wish I could leave a good review. But that won’t be my case. I can’t speak for the medical team, because I didn’t even make it that far. The RECEPTIONIST from this clinic is SO RUDE. I was recommended to this place by the law firm, and she called me to tell me I had an appointment at this time on this day, she didn’t call to ask me when it was best for me to come, she just assumed she could tell me what to do. When I proceeded to ask her questions, she was extremely rude answering them, she talked to me like I was stupid and I should already know the answers. She gives me an appointment for two weeks after. Only for me to show up, (and assuming by her same nasty and rude attitude, I’m going to assume it was the same woman who spoke to me on the phone) I showed up and they tell me that they don’t take my insurance. If SHE WOULD HAVE answered my questions in the first place instead of feeling bothered because she’s been asked TO WORK I would have not needed to waste my time waiting for this appointment to show up and leave, had to pay a cab and everything to get there. No welcoming when I got there. Just a “what’s your name” again, extremely rude. IF THIS IS THE FACE THAT PATIENTS ARE WALKING INTO, forget it. As a business you are losing A LOT OF MONEY. A smile goes a long way, and a good attitude goes even further. Whoever is the business owner of this place should really consider firing her. There are many people looking for a job willing to actually put in the effort.
