I came here for oxygen chamber sessions after my surgeon recommended Dorothy, and I’m so glad I did! From day one, Dorothy was kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She always found a way to fit me into her schedule. The facility is spotless and very calming, which made every session feel safe and relaxing. I truly felt like I was in good hands each time. Dorothy is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients’ healing and comfort. I highly recommend coming here if you’re recovering from surgery or just want to boost your wellness. I had an exceptional experience with Dorothy! From the very start, she was incredibly kind and helpful in coordinating my appointment. She guided me through the process from start to finish with excellent communication, and I truly appreciated being able to text and receive prompt responses. Upon arrival, Dorothy’s hospitality stood out. Being completely unfamiliar with hyperbaric therapy, I had many questions, but she efficiently provided all the information I needed while making me feel extremely comfortable. She even went the extra mile by putting on a Netflix show for me during the session. Throughout the hyperbaric process, where oxygen levels change, Dorothy was 110% attentive. Her attentiveness reminded me of the impeccable service at high-end Asian restaurants—always there and ready to assist the moment you need something. What truly stood out was her kindness and care. Without me even asking, Dorothy went out of her way to ensure I received the proper treatment I needed for my shoulder. Her genuine concern and attention to detail were remarkable. If I book another session, whether for injury, illness, or general wellness, it will absolutely be with Dorothy. She is a gem and made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable.
