I can't say enough good things about Peak Life Holistics and Rob and Elysse Roboto. I was dealing with a 3 year LONG COVID episode and went to their center for neuro-biofeedback. This treatment got me closer to my former self more than any other modality I tried. But beyond the treatment was the level of care and concern they consistently show on each and every visit, besides being a wealth of knowledge on holistic healthcare , nutrition, and modalities. I journal gratitude on a daily basis and they and their organization come up at least twice a week!! Without reservation I recommend them and their facility and , if I could I would give them 10 stars.

I just finished my first Red Light Therapy session and found it so relaxing. Loved it so much I just purchased a package! Not only did Peak have red light therapy which is great for inflammation (as well as skin and a whole bunch of other issues) but the added bonus of sound therapy (with soothing vibrations) which added to the relaxing experience. I highly recommend!

I’ve experienced several of their amazing services—including the red light bed, neurofeedback, and the sauna—and each session has left me feeling calm, rebalanced, and deeply relaxed. These treatments have been incredibly effective in helping regulate my nervous system, and I always leave feeling renewed. Not only are their offerings powerful and effective, but they are also reasonably priced, making wellness accessible without sacrificing quality.
