Insurance c9vers everything except the treatment but u can put in for a reimbursement. So they are just charging for the treatment cuase they can. The first and only place I've heard of paying out of pocket with insurance that covers it all. If the insurance is willing to reimburse why are u charging cause they obviously will cover it.

Living with increasingly debilitating depression for 30+ years, trying any number of meds and therapies, ketamine therapy is the first thing to actually improve my mood. My motivation has increased. My sleep patterns are improving. I don't feel so dragged down by life. I've had some insights that have improved my relationships. I'm not avoiding people as much as I was. The office staff is very nice and supportive. The office is well-run. I know from experience that these are 2 very big factors when you're seeking any sort of medical services. Dr. Stepkovitch really listens to you. I've not found that in a lot of psychiatrists. He's very invested in your improvement. I was initially hesitant to try ketamine therapy, having heard the scary stories about ketamine in the news. Because of the tightly regulated use in an office setting, with a nurse and doctor right there, there is no danger of misuse. I decided to try it because I felt as though I needed something different. I'm very happy with my decision.

Best Psychiatry practice in all of CNY! Six months ago when I was 18 my mother, stepdad and grandfather all died in traumatic ways during the span of one month. How could someone live after witnessing these horrors? I went to CNY Psychiatry for therapy, therapeutic ketamine, and TMS. Now I live to write this review. Dr. Jason and his crew (Dr. Jackson, Nick, Bridget, Jayden, and May) are truly the best kinds of people and the entire environment is very comforting and healing. I have had PTSD almost my entire life and therapy used to always feel like a chore but I can confidently say I genuinely enjoy going here. If you have tried everything else, are in a mental crisis, or if you have lost all hope, GO HERE! Do not even waste your time anywhere else. What is different about CNY Psychiatry is they aren’t just doing their job, they actually want you to get better. BIG EMPHASIS ON AWESOME EMPLOYEES! Seriously go here. Shoutout to Dr. Jason and friends for helping me see hope!

TMS has been a game changer for me. Medication keeps dark thoughts away, but TMS has given me my motivation and energy back. Before, all I could muster was getting out of bed and making it to the couch. Now I'm consistently going to work and doing everyday chores involved in owning a home. I am a productive member of our family again. Dr. Jason, Bridget and Krystal go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire treatment. They are truly invested in your well-being. The atmosphere is inviting. I am relaxed from the minute I walk through the door. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone dealing with depression and/or anxiety to at least make a consultation appointment. The office took care of all of the insurance needs. It's worth getting your life back.
