I had an emergency broken tooth and called for a same-day appointment. From the first phone call, I felt genuinely cared for and all of my questions were answered. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful.
They were able to fit me in same day and took the time to calm my nerves and explain everything clearly as I needed to have old metal fillings removed as well. Dr. Elizabeth was amazing! Kind, honest, and focused on the least invasive option. Offering honest advice and walking me through each step of what would happen and what to expect. The male hygienist who assisted was also equally wonderful taking the time to calm my nerves, check on me often, explain technology used and details about my procedure.
This was easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend them! I’m so, so grateful I found them.

This practice is outstanding in every way. I needed to find a LI dentist after retiring from my NYC career, and my research for a holistic, state of the art practice led me to Dr. Kopach. The dental hygienist, Natalie, is the best I’ve had and Dr. Kopach has successfully replaced my 8 amalgam mercury fillings. For anyone who is fearful of the dentist or introducing your young children to dentistry, the upbeat atmosphere and efforts this practice makes to alleviate your anxiety are unmatched.

My first visit was an amazing one. All of the staff were great people who actually cared about me and my experience, and they often reassured me that I was in good hands which helped a lot, since I was afraid that I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. They are super honest and have already gained my trust. They are all so good at their job and it reflects while they’re working, and once you leave. They’ll give you personalized recommendations on natural nontoxic things to do to help your mouth and health. I also love that they have the massaging dentist chairs and would go back for that alone! Can’t wait to be back for my cleaning in four months. I don’t think I’ve ever been excited to go to the dentist before lol and I’m upset I hadn’t gone to them earlier.

We have been here 3 times for cleanings. The last time we saw a different dentist. I had explained to her that my child had bitten her inside cheek had was hurting. She even looked so she knew not to touch it but did and sent my toddler right into the state of panic and pain. A lot of tears were shed.
Everytime we go they push for the tooth pillow which is about $1k+ more than going directly. They also push the Aura ring; even for a child. As well as a cream to put on the gums/teeth.
I suspected a cavity and all 3 times we were told it wasn’t an issue. I went to a second dentist who took care of it and explained that it was pretty far progressed and was surprised the other practice let it go so long. I then got a $200 bill from the new dentist as they said I had utilized my 2 cleanings and dental exams for this calendar year. I was confused on how that could be since the cleanings were done in 4 months apart and the insurance usually only pays for a cleaning every 6 months. During the last visit, I paid $153 out of pocket just to find out from the healthcare carrier that the sensors submitted the claim under my insurance and the insurance paid it. Fast forward 6 months and they essentially double dipped by getting paid by my insurance and by me. It took me having to call 6 months later to figure all this out. My intuition is that they would have never told me and I would have never known unless I had switched practices.
The office space is tiny, there is no privacy and you have to pay for parking which is very terrible and limited. Here I am with multiple calls in awaiting my refund.
