I had an excellent experience with Curated Mental Health. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and convenient from start to finish. The providers were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns without making me feel rushed. What truly stood out, however, was the amazing front office staff. Nikki was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with scheduling, follow-up, and answering questions. Her responsiveness and warm communication made the experience even better. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care with exceptional customer service!

This practice is very dishonest. Your first appointment is NOT with a person that can treat you. It is with a person who “takes your info to place you with a provider” you then wait weeks out. Then you are REQUIRED to leave a card on file for you to be seen. (I made my original appointment with a DR btw who I have never seen). If not card is on file they cancel your appointment 5 minutes prior. Also to be clear I told them I needed to see someone for medication management and was having a really hard time and offered to pre pay for this and it be my last appt to be seen. I was told “this is against protocol” so for them having a card on file is more important that a patient in crises who is PRE PAYING FOR THE APPOINTMENT. This place is DEPLORABLE and DISHONEST. Take your mental health and medication needs elsewhere. Also their name on their portal does not match the name of the business. Be cautious before proceeding.

Amazing practice and staff! The front end team Rodrigo and Manar are amazing and a rock. I wish more places followed their example, they reach out before every check-in or appointment with virtual links and reminders so you never miss an appointment, honestly I don’t know how they do it. Their dedication was a key to keeping up with the momentum of treatments and staying on track. I was very lucky to have Cruise as my tech and I have to say how impressed I am with him, both as a professional and all around good dude! A few sessions when others filled in really had me realize how good he is at his job (not that others did a poor job lol), but he is efficient and gives you the play by play of what he is doing while making you feel comfortable and safe. I hope he is training all new techs lol. I was also lucky to have Dr. Drabek on my team who went above and beyond with my medication management and helping me find places to fill prescriptions when others were not available, as well as always taking time for talking through things that were going on and providing support during the treatment. All around everyone I interacted with cared and showed up for me. I’m very thankful to the whole practice (sorry I can’t thank you all by name). I feel completely different from when I started, but it takes dedication to the treatment and hopefully putting in the work in all areas of your life to see the best results. Keep with it and you will see results. You are in good hands. (Also, complimentary water, tea and all you can eat lollipops) Thanks!
