I am incredibly grateful to be a patient at Neurotherapeutix. I found this clinic while searching for help with C-PTSD and severe OCD after years of trying different therapies and medications without the relief I desperately needed. At my worst, my symptoms made it nearly impossible to function in daily life. I had to withdraw from my university, and I felt completely hopeless before discovering this clinic. Choosing to move forward with fMRI-guided TMS treatment was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The improvement in my symptoms has been truly life changing. Since completing treatment, I have been able to return to university, manage daily responsibilities more effectively, and communicate with others in ways that once felt impossible. My overall quality of life has improved more than I ever thought it could. The staff at Neurotherapeutix are exceptional—kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being. I am especially thankful to Dr. Moreno and Dr. Kangarlu, who never gave up on me and continued to support and encourage me even when my hope was fading. Their dedication and care made all the difference. I cannot recommend Neurotherapeutix enough. If you are struggling with your mental health and feel like nothing has worked, this place is absolutely worth it!

My son has ASD and ADD, and he has made incredible progress since starting at this clinic. I’m really happy with how far he has come. They individualized the treatment for each patient using fMRI-guided TMS therapy, and it made a remarkable improvement for him. Their approach is based on science, patience, and kindness, and it really shows. A special thanks to Dr. Moreno, Dr. Kangarlu and all the great staff for their dedication and support. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done, and I highly recommend this clinic to other families. This clinic is where the changes truly begin.

I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to be treated by Dr Moreno and the team at Neurotherapeutix. After years of suffering from mental health issues first being diagnosed with PTSD and then schizophrenia and trying ketamine therapy, EMDR, and a whole bunch of different treatments including anti depressants and anti psychotics I have found relief! I am relieved to have had this treatment! I am relieved that I have a formal diagnosis of PTSD after having an FMRI done. I am so happy that the voices which have been bothering me for years have been subdued and I am happy that I don’t make faces anymore! Hopefully it will get better with time.
