Staff are very kind , patient and know what they are doing . Great customer service overall. At first my insurance did cover my therapy sessions they worked with me to an affordable price where I was able to start physical therapy without delaying recovery thank you for that.

Been a patient for more than a year now for different reasons..the place is always well kept and clean, staff is amazing all are very kind and friendly they knows exactly what they are doing… Shameen one of the PT is so great she treats her patients like family… will recommend Main Street to every one in need of PT…
