I spent three hours with Jill Fetell reviewing my diet history, current habits, and goals related to weight loss. After the appointment, I was sent to a lab for blood work and strongly encouraged to purchase an expensive food sensitivity test along with multiple supplements. When the results eventually came back, I was never contacted to review them. There was no follow-up call, no explanation, and no discussion of next steps. When I reviewed the food sensitivity test on my own, it was beyond disappointing and provided no meaningful insight into my current situation or concerns. It did not feel personalized, helpful, or clinically relevant. Despite the significant amount of money spent, there was zero follow-up, accountability, or check-in regarding the supplements or recommendations I was given. The complete lack of communication and follow-through made this experience feel like a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this provider and would urge others to be cautious before committing to costly testing or supplement plans without clear follow-up care.

Dr. Fetell became my Take Shape For Life coach when I started the program in August 2013. We agreed to meet once a week so that I could be accountable to her. Under her guidance I was able to meet my goal, and have been maintaining that goal weight since November 2013. I loved meeting with "Coach Jill" each week, to talk one on one about my week. I strongly believe it is the reason that I never hit a plateau. THERE WAS NOT A WEEK THAT I DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT. Take Shape For Life WORKS! Thank you Dr. Jill for being there every step of the way!!

Dr Fetell is very caring and extremely thorough in her approach. I've made huge improvements in long term digestive issues and inflammation since I started following her advice. Mainly through diet changes and taking specific nutrients that I was found to be deficient in. She takes the time to explain exactly whats going on biologically which makes treatment much easier to wrap your head around. I highly recommend going to see her.
