This was the best decision I ever made for my mental health. Dr. Weeks takes the time to listen and come up with a plan. I did the KAP therapy with Dr Weeks and Shanda Mroz (therapist). I have had amazing results! I've learned tools to help with the major anxiety I was having. I highly recommend One Heart Mental Health Collaborative and KAP. If you have been considering this, please just meet with them. I only wish this was available earlier in my life! Thank you both, again!!!
