Dr Clark has been assisting me with mid life womens health issues. She is smart, listens, educates and created a plan that made my situation much more manageable. My interactions with office staff are good, no issues. Highly recommend her office for care.

Originally came to this practice because Dr. Susan Clark was listed as an OBGYN that was in network with my insurance. I received a Pap which came back abnormal. A biopsy was completed a few weeks later. Dr. Clark was great at explaining all the details at my first and second appt. This review is not about her, but about the staff at this office.
To make a long explanation short and to the point…
I received a call from a staff member regarding test results. This person decided to call me at end of day 5 min before they closed with terrible news. She did not ask if it was a good time, and proceeded to blurt out my results in a quick and very insensitive way. I asked if I could call her back to discuss as that was absolutely not a good time for me, and she said “oh well I’m leaving in 5 min, so you will need to call on Monday”. Cool. So, first issue.
A few months later, I find out I am pregnant. I call to make a Prenatal appt with Dr. Clark. The women I spoke to couldn’t comprehend what type of appt I was asking for. I literally had to break it down and talk slow for her. “I found out I am pregnant, I would like to confirm this and make a prenatal appt”. Not hard to understand. She scheduled me to get bloodwork to confirm my pregnancy. Sure, w.e. Well, I showed up today to receive this simple bloodwork… just to be asked “We don’t know why you are here. What do you need?” Followed by “oh well we don’t do that here. You need an OB. We don’t have one here.” Uhm what?! That is literally what Dr. Clark is. So, they wasted my time, I took off work early to drive 45 min to this office, just to be cancelled and turned away… I didn’t plan on continuing care at this office due to the first incident, but this bloodwork could have helped me confirm my pregnancy and could’ve helped me get a prenatal appt quicker with a different provider. This is my first, so of course I’m super anxious.
I’m just disappointed by the disorganization and unsympathetic staf

In the last 2 years the quality of service has gone downhill. I believe they are spread too thin with few providers and multiple locations. Expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time before you are even seen. After your wait you'll be lucky to spend more than 5 minutes with the Dr.

Dr. Clark is the best gynecologist I have ever had. She is patient, thorough, kind, calm, friendly, and engaging. Her staff is the best too. I always get my questions answered promptly, my appointments set asap, and always feel comfortable at Generations. Most of all I feel safe!

I have been going to Generations Women’s Healthcare for over 10+ years at least and seen Dr. Clark and her NP and they are absolutely amazing! I could not say enough good things about her or her staff. Anytime you have staff that stays with a doctor that many years it says something about that doctor also. I have always felt like I have been comfortable to talk about any and all concerns easy and comfortable, and never once have I felt judged! Even when a time I felt uncomfortable coming in just myself she immediately took away the nerves. I have referred her office to any and all friends I could over the years! I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all that they do for all of us patients.
