New Pathways came into my life just at the right time. They helped me gain composure and control over that which I had lost and if not for them, I probably would have lost my job, too. All of their staff is incredibly understanding and kind. They do their best, really, they do. I especially appreciate one of their NP’s, Ashley for taking the time to answer questions, explain processes and procedures, and overall, just being really understanding and compassionate and empathetic. The price may seem steep, but when it comes to your mental health and regaining your life, prices are irrelevant. I’m very thankful for New Pathway.

I have been coming to New Pathways for about a month now and I have never had a bad experience. If you struggle with anxiety and depression like me you need to definitely think about treatment at New Pathways. This is the best I have felt mentally in years. I receive Spravato here and I am highly pleased with the experience. Not only do I get my own room, but there’s fun projection lights and free fidget toys and coffee, water and snacks. The nurses are so kind and helpful and generous and they truly care about their patients’ wellbeing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Spravato can be overwhelming, but at New Pathways, it’s completely manageable because I know that I’m in good hands.

All of my adult life and majority of my adolescent years I've suffered from anxiety, depression. After years of trying different medications with little success I began to feel like I had problems that just weren't fixable. I was reluctant to call New Pathways because I heard about Ketamine and bought into all the negative stigma surrounding it. I came to a consultation and laid everything out. I learned things about myself in that session that I was never aware of in years of treatments. But I was still not convinced and went home not calling them again for six more months. Then my life was just so consumed by stress and anxiety and frustration that I called and went back to the office and set up appointments for Ketamine Infusions. I was extremely nervous at my first infusion appointment and the staff was more than understanding and showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards me. I had Dianna as my one on one nurse and she was the VERY BEST! I think they could charge extra for having her in there because she was such a benefit. She answered every question I had and gave insight the best she could into what I may experience and how to maneuver through mentally. After my infusion I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated! The days afterwards and the infusions that followed only solidified my position. I have not been able to count all the benefits that my life has had since beginning therapy here. Every time I go for an appointment I feel completely at home. I cannot thank the kind staff of New Pathways enough. If anyone is reading this and is on the fence wether to call them or not, please do yourself the favor and call. You deserve to receive what this treatment has to offer!!

They tailor treatment to your specific needs instead of using a "one size fits all" approach. They monitor your symptoms and improvement closely, and ensure you're getting the maximum benefit from the treatments. Everyone here is so compassionate and empathetic. The entire staff has gone above and beyond to help me. I'm so grateful I found this place. They've truly saved my life.
